The data provided upon usage of the website and subscription will only be accessed by Nádasdy Cultural Centre (data manager) and will be handled confidentially. Data will not be disclosed with a third party.
The purpose of the policy is to ensure the fair handling of personal information provided upon subscription and use of the website and the controlled usage of provided personal information.
Upon drafting the Policy we considered the relevant legislation in force and relevant international recommendations, with particular regard to the following:
Act CXII of 2011 on information self-determination and freedom of information
Convention for the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data, Act VI of 1998
Act C of 2003 on electronic communications
Regulation of operations, ethics and procedures with respect to content providing, issued by the Hungarian Association of Content Providers, with particular regard to Appendix No. 2., Declaration of Data Protection on the treatment and protection of personal data and information
The operation and use of the website
The purpose of the website is to enable users to read information on the website.
